[Zell registers for the battles at Mount Town. After the first battle there is a flash. The Judgeman starts to panic.]
Judgeman: Intruder in the battle field! Stop the battle, stop! No tournament!!
[There's another flash and the ground shakes. Four small Zoids suddenly appear.]
Zell: Hey! What's this... We were winning!!
Mystery Man 1: Where am I!? What are we...
Mystery Woman: Captain! What on earth happened to us?
Mystery Man 2: Zan & Tita, keep calm. ...there're Zoids near us. I'll try communicating...
Mystery Man 2: We're members of a Republic team. I'm Captain Albane. Seems like there was an accident during Zoids tests.
Zell: Tests? Accident?
Zell: That's similar to Dr. T's story.
Albane: Excuse me, but let me explain.
Judgeman: Stop the battle, stop! Get out of the battle field, everyone!!
Zell: Let's go somewhere else and talk.
[They all go over to the Zoids Institute to discuss what happened.]
Zan: ...when I was moving for the BLOX tests..., my vision got distorted suddenly, and I was there when I woke up.
Dr. T: BLOX? Must be your Zoids. Never seen them before... What are they like?
Dr. T: Oh, well, anyway! As I suspected... Something terrible has happened.
Dr. T: Not only Zell's and my world, past and future all got fused.
Zell: Huh, what does that mean?
Albane: That means everything exists here, past and future.
Zan: Ugh! This gives me a headache.
Tita: How did this happen?
Dr. T: I don't know yet...
Dr. T: But probably my research had something to do with it...
Zell: By the way, what was Dr. T's research on?
Dr. T: Oh, I forgot to explain. ZOS is... an experiment on the Zoids enhancement system.
Dr. T: I found the system thru the ancient letters of a stone tablet found at the ruins.
Dr. T: But it wasn't in perfect condition. The tablet was broken into many pieces, and many were missing.
Dr. T: But from the data on existing pieces, I managed to fill in the missing parts and create the system.
Dr. T: That's the Zoidscore Overload System or simply ZOS.
Dr. T: ZOS is very limited in use, but by controlling the time around it, it can enhance Zoids performance dramatically.
Zan: Is that possible?
Dr. T: But it was possible only when the organoid found at the same place was used.
Zell: And that's Pulse.
Dr. T: Yes, that's correct. So I tested the ZOS that I made.
Dr. T: The force may've gone out of control, causing distortion of time & space and left me and Pulse here... bringing all other worlds with us.
Albane: It's too early to determine if Dr.'s experiment cause all this.
Dr. T: Sure... that's why I must know the cause of it. I need to know what happened to this world, too.
Dr. T: Unless you fix the world, our future could be affected.
Zan: How's that?
Dr. T: Because this world shouldn't exist.
Dr. T: This world will cause past and future to fuse together and make it confusing. Changing the past changes the present. Understood?
Dr. T: Those changes keep occuring and create a world that never ends...
Albane: We may not even exist...
Zan: Capt'n, we can't go back to the group.
Albane: Not that we can't go back but there's no world to go back to.
Dr. T: We work together. I beg you.
Albane: Understood.
Zan: Capt'n, then let's get ready for the trip. And eat, too!
Zell: Good to have more partners.
Zell: OK! Let's go!
[Albane, Zan and Tita all join Zell's party.]
Dr. T: I'll go ahead and gather data.
Dr. T: Come to the town entrance when you're ready.
[Dr. T leaves. Time to finish up those tournament battles.]
